The Executive MBA program (EMBA) at Özyeğin University aims to provide experienced managers with cutting-edge tools for effective decision-making. Classes are designed to balance theoretical knowledge with real world applications through case-based teaching.
EMBA consists of five modules, each lasting eight weeks. The total length of this non-thesis master's program is twelve months. After completing core courses in economics, finance, management, marketing, operations management, and organizational behavior, students choose electives that are relevant for their interests. Seminars enrich the program, where executives of leading firms visit us to share their experiences and insights. In order to graduate, students must complete a CapStone project, advised by a faculty member from the School of Business.
In addition to the thorough program, Executive MBA students complete three online courses from Harvard Business School Online in the Leadership and Management learning track and earn a specialization certificate from Harvard.
University's global vision trip is an optional immersion trip abroad for our Executive MBA students and alumni. It is planned as a busy week abroad on a theme related to contemporary business issues. The trip is organized biannually and the location changes based on the selected theme. The mission of the global vision trip is to learn from world renowned faculty members and business leaders, networking with academia, businesses, and within OzU Executive MBA cohorts.
Program's small class setting makes it possible for students to directly interact with world-class faculty. Classes are held at the SwissOtel the Bosphorus Graduate School of Business Residence Building in Maçka, İstanbul, which is a convenient, central location.
