The Department of International Trade and Business offers a one-year English preparation program and four academic years in the undergraduate program. The medium of language is English. The department aims to educate students to be aware of the dynamics of today's global world, have a global perspective, work in integration with different cultures, and manage international trade operations and projects.
Education and training in the Department of International Trade and Business are not only based on narration and teaching, but also on research, practice and student presentations. These activities are accompanied by the participation of invited academics and industry professionals who are experts in their fields. The course plan includes core subjects of business management such as marketing, accounting, finance, operations and services management, as well as core topics of international business - import-export, foreign exchange management, logistics and transportation, commercial law, customs clearance, İnternational finance, international marketing, e commerce and risk management.
Graduates will be employed in the business world as professionals and experts who have an ethical attitude, can question and develop creative solutions, and can follow current economic and political developments.
Graduates may work in both multinational and local firms in the foreign trade, customs, logistics and transportation sectors; in airlines and insurance companies; in marketing, finance, accounting and human resource management in national and international businesses; and in financial institutions. By passing the compulsory exams, graduates may become inspectors in the public sector, or else become entrepreneurs through establishing their own foreign trade companies. Some graduates may continue their academic studies at universities located in Turkey or abroad.

Students can find a work placement within an organization, or if they are interested in starting their own businesses, they can spend the year in self-employment developing your business ideas in an incubation center.
